Tallinn University of Technology (TUT) invites international students to apply for the 7200 euros worth Ragnar Nurkse scholarship to study MA in Technology Governance (innovation policy&development economics).
The scholarship is hamed after Ragnar Nurkse, one of the most internationally recognized Estonian scientist of the 20th century, and it will be financed through the budget of Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who will start his/her studies at the MA in Technology Governance programme in the academic year 2013/2014. Application deadline for the scholarship is April 1st 2013.

Accepted MA students can apply for the DoRa 9 scholarship (288 eur / month). There is also a PhD programme offered in Technology Governance which has a limited amount of scholarships available.
