Starting from January 2, the University of Tartu accepts applications to international bachelor’s and master’s programmes. The university launched a brand new official video on this occasion.

International applicants can now submit applications to the University of Tartu’s bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes.

Application system closes on March 15 for master’s programmes and April 15 for bachelor’s programmes.

This year five new master’s programmes were added to the selection: Educational Technology, Folkloristics and Applied Heritage Studies, European Languages and Cultures, Innovation and Technology Management and Geoinformatics for Urbanised Society. The university no longer admits students to Baltic Sea Region Studies – it is now coordinated by Glasgow University and is a part of Central & East European, Russian and Eurasian Studies programme. The university remains a partner of the programme.

To celebrate the start of the admission, the university also launched a new official video for international audience. It tells a story of an international student who decided to stay in Estonia after graduation. You can view the video on Youtube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyMxdjbKGIw) or University of Tartu Television (www.uttv.ee/naita?id=25127).
