The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Estonian.

All international applicants are required to pay the application fee of EUR 50, unless they have completed the previous study level in Estonia. An application will only be processed after the fee has been received by the university. Further details are specified at: www.ut.ee/en/application-fee.
All copies of required educational documents (bachelor’s degree certificate and final transcript) must be officially certified.

The language of instruction of the chosen programme is Estonian and at least B1 level proficiency in Estonian language is required from all applicants. Specific requirements for Non-EU applicants:
If admitted, you will most likely need to apply for visa/residence permit. Please find more information about the application process at: www.ut.ee/en/welcome/non-eu-citizens-residence-permits-and-visas while keeping in mind that Estonian representations are located in limited number of non-EU countries and travelling to the closest Estonian Embassy over July must be considered.
Please choose this programme platform when you have graduated from an institution abroad and are interested in applying to a master’s programme instructed in Estonian offered at the University of Tartu. You can select the relevant programme while filling in the application form.
