At least B2 level proficiency in Estonian language is required. International applicants who do not speak Estonian at least at the B2 level must prove their knowledge of the Russian language at least at the B2 level.
All international applicants are required to pay the application fee of EUR 100, unless they have completed the previous study level in Estonia. The language of instruction in the programme is Estonian. Applicants who do not have Estonian knowledge at B2-level start their studies on the intensive Estonian year (60 ECTS).
