In the course of professional higher education, alongside classical natural sciences such as General Biology and Geography, Physics and Chemistry, Hydrology and Climatology, you will acquire specialized courses like Legislation and International Cooperation in Environmental Protection and Ecological Security, Theory of Geographical Infosystems, etc. Theoretical and practical classes as well as curricular field traineeships in various regions of Estonia will enable you to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for your further career and for pursuing graduate studies.
Within the Master curriculum, students master scientific methods of environmental studies, assessing the planning and monitoring of the impact of various objects on the environment, methods of managing the environment´s quality, familiarize themselves with the activities of competent state-run institutions and private companies.
