Overview

Master’s Programme in International Business Administration is a two- year Master’s programme designed for students who have received a Bachelor`s Degree in Economics, Business, Management or equivalent who wish to become experts in the field of organisational Change and Leadership.
The programme offered in EBS Helsinki Branch is specialized in Organizational Change and Leadership, providing the students with profound knowledge in leadership of organisational change and understanding of the main theories.

Studies at EBS Helsinki are module-based meaning that lectures and seminars are held on three-day modules every other week. The module-based studies require independent attitude and willingness to study independently, it is perfect to those who have a career or commitments that make it challenging to attend the university a daily basis.

Objectives of the curriculum: To add value to obtained first degrees by developing knowledge, analytical, professional and team player skills of students and produce high quality graduates with the ability to systematically and creatively apply knowledge and understanding of international business and management.

Major in Organisational Change and Leadership – 30 ECTS
Minor in Human Resource Development and Organisation – 12 ECTS
Optional Courses – 6 ECTS
